Overall this is thought-provoking and crisply written. I have to point out tho: > Often L1s like Ethereum have robust off-chain governance systems (e.g. EIP) that precede votes, but votes formally decide the fate of a proposed change. Ethereum is NOT governed by coin voting. "Rough consensus" is a higher bar.

kind of agreeing that that which is dubbed as decentralization here is utilized to hijack governance with or without tokens. &, it reads as if a rather poorly articulated version of Yarvin's "optimal autonomous organizations." Wonder what he'll come up with in the sequel to this post now that there is a mention of
