Criteria: high quality build in a tranquil location.

I've had no luck on CL/Zillow. If anyone has a lead on such a dwelling please do let me know.

There are some great spots for rent available right now in Cole Valley. Super tranquil. I know you said that you haven't had much luck on Zillow, but some just went up within the last 2-3 days and could be worth checking out
