One of the reasons I've come to really like warpcast is that it feels like one of the kindest places on the web to share ideas. As the community grows, I'm interested to see how the desire to grow the warpcast community balances against protecting the unique culture that's been built

Just signed up for Function Health and scheduled my first lab tests for next week -https://www.functionhealth.com/how-it-workshttps://www.functionhealth.com/how-it-works. So far here is the good and bad from my experience thus far. Good: Seems really comprehensive, much much easier than having to go to your GP and then get a referral to have bloodwork done, useful guidance included for which tests to choose, accept HSA/FSA The Bad: While the standard offering is more comprehensive than your traditional labs, there are tons of optional tests that are all additional costs. I guess this makes sense, but if you were to select to do every test I think it would be at least $10K USD+ to do your bloodwork. Also, I'm surprised more of the optional tests are not part of the standard offering

This might already be a thing that exists, but I couldn't help but think that pao de queijo would make an awesome bread for sandwiches. Turns out I was right... forgot to take photos of the sandwiches lol, but did remember to snap one when it came out of the oven

Today I had the second meeting with my interior designer in SF to put together a select furniture options for the living room and bedroom of my apartment. I'll update the feed with photos as they come along for anyone interested in tracking the project - pretty excited to get this project underway!

Has the programming on Apple TV+ overtaken HBO/Hulu/Netflix as the best source for quality tv? That sentiment seemed inconceivable to me at first, until I started putting together a list of recent shows I enjoyed into chatgpt to get recs on other series I should watch. A surprising number of shows on the list are Apple TV+: Severance, Slow Horses, Shrinking, Silo, Sugar, Criminal Record, Hijack, Ted Lasso, The Afterparty, Bad Monkey... 🤔
