There's a lot of information out there that isn't necessarily great in application lol Including getting things from far away locations out of season. I can actually have one piece of fruit a day, but it should be local and in season. The body does very powerful things based on circadian rhythm and time of year, and eating fruits/veggies out of season (which also means shipped from where they're in season) will funk you up... as your body is keyed to lock that stuff into long term storage ;) Also a lot of value in operating on the keto energy system of protein & fats vs carbs.
