Yes to Maté - I got to be with him in person and my fellow Compassionate Inquiry Practitioner a few weeks back. He was so authentic, direct, fun and has so much energy at 80. 💚 Today while driving my step-son to school I listened to the wonderful podcast with you and @know. Thank you both , it was calming & inspiring. What youtube videos did you watch to do the EDMR? This would be helpful for my 17 year old niece to watch & learn. oh.... Life is such a rollercoaster which we are all on with it's up's and down's. Today I am shutting my eyes and hoping I don't fall off.

Thank you for sharing this. No I am based in the UK, south of London. There has been a part of me that is angry the last few days, had a kidney infection, my body has been on fire. I have dug deep and realised there are still areas of my life where I am saying yes when I need to be saying no. I wonder if you relate to that? Lots of love to you 💚
