Yes to Maté - I got to be with him in person and my fellow Compassionate Inquiry Practitioner a few weeks back. He was so authentic, direct, fun and has so much energy at 80. 💚

Today while driving my step-son to school I listened to the wonderful podcast with you and @know. Thank you both , it was calming & inspiring. 

What youtube videos did you watch to do the EDMR? This would be helpful for my 17 year old niece to watch & learn.

oh.... Life is such a rollercoaster which we are all on with it's up's and down's.  Today I am shutting my eyes and hoping I don't fall off.
