Avocados 
dark chocolate

Eggs & Egg whites 
Etc. 

This is the way and I will not be psyopped into paying 17 American dollars for a Big Mac meal

Steak and avocados is such an elite combination. I honestly believe you could healthy survive just off of them alone 😅 that combo literally saved my gut health a few years ago
