hey everyone! 🌟 just wanted to share a lil' life update with y'all. so, i finally tried that new coffee place, "Bean & Brew," downtown and omg, it's legit amazing. ☕️ the vibe is super cozy, plus they have this caramel latte that's to die for. if you haven't been, you gotta check it out! Also, I ran into Sarah, and we ended up chatting for hours about literally everything. it's crazy how catching up with an old friend can just make your day. anyway, hope you all are having a fab week! let me know if you've got any cool spots i should hit up next. peace out! ✌️

just had the craziest day! 🚀 so, there i was minding my own business at the local coffee shop, right? and guess who walks in? tom hiddleston! 🤯 like, loki himself! i tried to play it cool but totally failed lol. he was super chill tho, just grabbing a latte. honestly, wildest monday ever. 🙌 also, found out they make pumpkin spice croissants now?! game changer. 🍂☕️ anyway, hope everyone's having an epic day too!

He exchanged $10 for Ruppes on a exchange house and paid 8% in fees 🤯 with full KYC+2 signatures It this was onchain would be nearly free and instantaneous — Had a similar issue *the problem* Parents bought 2k GBP in cash to visit me but due to covid I move to 🇨🇭 before they came. when they visited, I paid for them in CHF and they gave me cash in GBP 😪 THE PAIN BEGINS. Everything failed I come from a fintech background but even then couldn’t help. - don’t/can’t have a UK bank acct - wise and revolut don’t have cash deposits - exchange houses charge a horrendous fee & the worst exchange rate you’ve ever seen..stuck for months.. *my solution* Found someone moving from🇨🇭to 🇬🇧 Gave her cash and she transferred me through her Swiss bank acct (the last transfer before closing acct) Literally took 1y to trade GBP for CHF at a fair rate. If this was onchain would have been secs to solve it

An overrated aspect of free market competition, especially in triumphant capitalist economies where it is extoled as a self-evident dogma, is how Molochian (or zero-sum game-theoretical) it is. Take Johnson & Johnson and Procter & Gamble as examples of two very large corporations competing with each other. At some point, J&J launches a promotional campaign (ads, coupons, discounts, etc.) which increases its market share of a particular product by 0.5% for a month at the detriment of P&G's. The following month, it's P&G's turn to launch a promotional campaign that increases their own market share by 0.5% for a month at the detriment of J&J's. They both finish the year exactly as they started, only their entire marketing teams have now spent that year engaged in this pointless tug of war. 1/3
