I hate that the NYC left is so ineffective that we are celebrating congestion pricing that will be a wealth transfer from the middle class into a bottomless hole of government funding shortage.

I hear this. I’m happy for congestion pricing because it’s literally impossible to drive across town in manhattan. There are quite simply too many cars. Too many Ubers.

Uber and Lyft co-sponsored this legislation because it benefits them to have car owners pay $9 a day and uber riders pay $1.50 a ride. If it really helps traffic it’ll maybe be worth it but I doubt it will long term.
