so far the only trully popular use case for frames has been recast and airdrop second most popular is paragraph sub frame not sure if this is ideal, i.e. similar vibes to $degen it is fun (and this is what matters) but is it good long term?

Long term I think frames will be good distribution for products that can stand on their own without frames.
