But also yeah I agree. At least in the U.S., the lack of moral guidance appears to be wholly related to the decline of American society. 

Unfortunately, I don’t see it coming back in the form of religion. Need a different spiritual North Star, I reckon.

I don’t think so. However they will always be treasured.

Possibly rebirth in ‘family’ but even there. Something as simple as respect for elders seems like a lost art.

hard to predict a post-AGI world but community and faith may be more important than ever when it happens. Or we all may just worship the machines.
