Notable vanilla soft serve in NYC: - Ray's Candy Store (East Village) - Softside (Nolita and Greenpoint) - Ralph's (East Village) - Soft Swerve (many locations) - the Solato machine (22 Vanderbilt) - Mr. Frostee (trucks) - New York Ice Cream (trucks) Not in order, I've tried all of these. Love soft serve.

Homemade soft serve at Pasta Louise Cafe (not restaurant) in Park Slope is great if you can make it down Grab some and walk in prospect park 👌🏼
