What if the rollup roadmap was a 300 IQ genius play to incent the world's best minds to scale ethereum while launching 1000 new economies w/ ETH at the center

What if while everyone's betting on the next ETH killer it's already check mate for alt L1s they're just 12 moves behind

The fragmented liquidity argument levied against L2s still applies to the more centralized “ETH killer” L1s because there’s always another chain.

And if just a handful of additional people realized decentralization is important, and also realize how centralized alternatives are (SOL, exchange-held defi, etc), then it could add more interest in ETH

Once we see the super chains , agglayer and based roll ups getting deployed next year the eth network effect will be back in picture . Will get increasingly hard for alt L1 with less liquidity and cumbersome bridges to get any activity.

I wouldn’t put it past VB to be playing 4D chess while everyone playin checkers
