Better analogy is probably Vegas as a whole. Yeah there is quite a bit of gamba but there is also a convention center and some world class food. Kinda a tortured metaphor but it works.

Tbh I do think that the casino description somewhat fits. It's more than a casino but there's definitely casino-like behavior
