FORCED myself to the gym bc desperately needed a mood boost. I tried cardio, weights, pushups, etc but NOTHING felt as good as STRETCHING. Itâs not always about intensity, but what the body needs. If youâre like me and hold a lot of tension, stretching is like magic! Let it hurt so good and remember to breeatheeee!

I may not be very good at stretching exercises, but I recommend you to add yoga to your scheduleđ§ââď¸
