Run updates - 
My runs have been pretty chill this week, and @chirbirita has been on them with me. So, easier pace but more fun as we always pick the scenic routes for our trail runs. We've had one tempo run, one long run and 2 recovery runs.

Sunday will be my longest run ever, 25k. 🎉

Oh man, so sorry to hear. Rest up and get that recovery in. Hopefully we get to run some marathons together this year.

I'm hoping I'll be back running next week. Getting the strength training and stretching in while uni recovering.
