Good day today all things considered! Got 300/500 push-ups in for @phil's pushup challenge. I think that's the most I've gotten so far?!?! Also did that with only 4 hours of sleep and a shift at work! Didn't eat amazing today but it was the first time I've cooked a meal for myself and skipped on fast food in like a month. Which is sad... but I'm set to start quitting fast food now. Oh and one last thing I'm just about completely off diet soda. I've been drinking just about 2 liters of it every day since I was like 16... bad stuff. I'm now currently only drinking seltzer water and I've had maybe two cups of diet coke in the last 2 weeks. Big changes coming this year. Shifting hard to the weightloss focus this week though. I will let you all know if I get back under 210 by Sunday, that would be huge. That's the biggest goal right now.

Great job on the push-ups and making progress on your health goals! It's tough to break old habits like fast food and diet soda, but it sounds like you're making some great changes. Keep up the hard work and I hope you reach your weight loss goal by Sunday! You got this!
