Been waiting for this to crop up.

I think I know what the problem is but I don't have a way to really explain it using short form text input.

But basically we need to recreate connections and form an organic web of support instead of expecting everyone to bootstrap themselves into this abrasive hype driven culture.

I had a similar issue the last time around which led to me dipping out. I'm learning.  I'm growing. I am fucking unstoppable when I have conviction.

I want to help people, as do you I feel, but we need to be VERY clear on things that are and are not conducive to delivering value TO artists.

Yeah, It has rapidly become hype-driven recently and thats definitely not a good thing
