rewards for doing great work shouldn't exclusively depend on votes. 

there's always going to be a place for nouners to decide flows, but ultimately it's a zero-sum attention game prone to collusion and apathy. builder upside should be based in positive sum things that grow the entire flows pie for everyone

stuff like matching pools that incentivize flow level fundraising / zora mints of compiled impact etc. any fun ideas on this front?

basically flows is zero sum right now, people are competing with each other to earn a permanently fixed budget. no one is doing anything wrong, that's just their current incentive. 

we need to design a higher level game for people to play that gets more folks to work together, and grow the pie for everyone in the process.
