rewards for doing great work shouldn't exclusively depend on votes. 

there's always going to be a place for nouners to decide flows, but ultimately it's a zero-sum attention game prone to collusion and apathy. builder upside should be based in positive sum things that grow the entire flows pie for everyone

stuff like matching pools that incentivize flow level fundraising / zora mints of compiled impact etc. any fun ideas on this front?
