rewards for doing great work shouldn't exclusively depend on votes. 

there's always going to be a place for nouners to decide flows, but ultimately it's a zero-sum attention game prone to collusion and apathy. builder upside should be based in positive sum things that grow the entire flows pie for everyone

stuff like matching pools that incentivize flow level fundraising / zora mints of compiled impact etc. any fun ideas on this front?

it's really budget dependent maybe? not sure though

maybe beach cleaners can start by minting content of their impact, selling merch, taking donations to boost a matching pool donation they get

physical products folks can obviously sell their products

or maybe the move is to let everyone launch a revnet token for their project (https://revnet.app/) and you can basically buy into projects you like

I like the idea, but how do you think revenue will be generated? You have mentioned in the past a business incubator type idea in the past, are you thinking funding startup businesses or looking more at this from the angle of maybe selling merch and minting NFTs for the existing recipients?
