Should you be able to:
- be funded for your project if you're already receiving funding (via proposal/rounds)?
- be funded for more than 2 grants at once?

If things are not directly related or add an extra layer that the DAO funding did not cover I would say yes but all of these should be on a case by case basis

where have you found people applying for multiple projects in the same section?

I have seen people who are applying for a second project and what I found curious is that in the same section, in my opinion there should not be, there should be a period (for example 3 or 6 months) where they clearly demonstrate that they have made progress in the project. first, or that there is community support for your project.

Maybe you could "unlock" one more grant after every few months of delivering on your current ones, and curators can decide to challenge it or not based on the application and the builder's current project load.

It would still incentivize prolific builders without allowing people to flood the system.
