think it'd be cool to help foster more original thought / less momentum voting

there have been a lot of discussions about private voting. besides the technical challenges, it seems like Nouns prefer to be public, at least at the time.

what do you mean by keeping voting anonymous? no information is shared? no tally, no addresses, no VwR?

may be anon voting forever, and let people guess from the reason. Obligatory reason too heheheh
