It’s basically one actor with multiple accounts building some AI agent stuff that sends out a lot of tokens from what I could understand

Tossing this out there in the void.

I'm bored today and trying out Neynar data, so I'm taking a look at the the CasterChain account. It was one of the first most obvious bots on glance since it appears to be the one generating all the Polygon transactions that are showing up.

On just quick analysis, all of the followers of this account just "look" synthetic. If you grab all the accounts followers and plot those accounts followers, there's some expected power law distributions in physics that I would expect with some noise.

The problem is the bot account is far more "perfectly fit" than a real account like @dwr.eth. Dan's is on top with noise that I would expect from some real world data.

Whoever made this bot network is pretty interesting since they appear to have made the graph with some strangely perfect statistical sampling. They didn't even bother to make any noise in the sample to make it look real at all.
