Ie not like seeing a new flavor of icecream and being restless to try it.

Like a portal into a new world type restlessness. Eg for me is first glimpse of internet.

Today I saw a young black man cross an intersection against a green light to avoid cops. All the cops were white, they were detaining two separate PoCs, and this dude saw me coming through the green and chanced darting across to avoid the cops.

I suspect this isn't the kind of restless you meant though.
