ok what i'm lucky to be friends with both @robin and @debbie on ig and have also done vid calls with them, so i get to see to the insane coworking spaces built right inside their apartment buildings like this must've been adam neumann's dream of wework + flow do other cities have this?! making me want to move !!

tbh i think miami is on its own tier. hard to afford this much space x attention to detail as an *amenity* in other major cities wait til you see the pools...

@oxb not to show off, but my building has… a bar a karaoke room a media room a golf simulator a meditation room a cold plunge, sauna, steam room and the usual pool, gym, etc 😇 that said LA >>> miami for me any day haha

This is brilliant. Many residential buildings have a "community space" or "event space" that could easily be repurposed for this and still maintain those other uses.
