The lemonade I made the other day was delicious, so I'll try again! I thought so, but I got Hassaku cheaply, so I tried to make it with Hassaku! The skin and wading have a strong bitter taste, so I removed everything, including the thin skin. Put fruit, sugar, a small amount of salt, lemon juice, honey, and water in a pot and boil. It feels like making a jam with a little more water. There was a bitterness unique to Hassaku, but it was delicious. Water is recommended rather than carbonated water!

Delicious idea I’ve never had lemonade made from Hassaku (clementines?) before

Hasaku is a citrus fruit that is not sweeter than oranges and has a strong bitterness and sourness. It looks like a fruit native to Japan! The disadvantage is that it is troublesome to peel off the hard skin😅
