Made changes which were easy and low effort to keep doing. So more than a diet I see it as a habit change. I have a couple of "cheat" meals a week to enjoy food without thinking about health. If I diverge I make adjustments on the fly. More details: https://warpcast.com/gabrielayuso.eth/0xfaeec8

Easy way to do it is 30g protein in the morning. It will allow you to have energy and fast throughout the day while still being able to exercise It could be whole food but powder works(that’s my choice as it’s only 130 calories)
