One thing I didn't see in there. What happens if you tip someone who is ineligibleto tip themselves (like if they don't have 10k yet)   Does the tip get bounced back to the tipper? Does it stay with the tipped person until they are eligible ?  Does the tipper "lose" that amount to tip that day? Thanks for any info
