V6 DEGEN Tips FAQ update. 2 changes were made. #1 dropped the allowance multiplier from 0.25 to 0.15 i.e. a 40% reduction in allowances, ceteris paribus. #2 increased the over-tipping allowance. Why do you think they changed the formula to allow overload? I think of it as a remedy in case Frame doesn't support it. In other words, there is a high possibility that it will be deleted tomorrow or as soon as it becomes compatible with Frame.
