Is there a crypto wallet that lets me do this: 1. 'Address Book' 2. 'Add' 3. Select 'Chain' (eth, base, etc.) 4. Input address Then: 5. Select a token and send to address book entry 6. Wallet proposes the cheapest routes including bridging 7. If I've never sent anything to this address entry before, asks me if I want to do a test transaction

One of the best features of Rabby is that if the wallet address you are sending to is new, or even if the contract you are using is new, it will notify you. It even gives alarms for suspicious cases so you can investigate further.

Yeah other wallets do that (although there seems to be a bug in @rainbow where it keeps saying I'm doing a first-time send to one of my addresses, which is stressful) :D I'm talking about the full path of bridging/swaps being automated and therefore reducing the risk of human error

Zerion is full package i think. But if you haven't used Rabby yet, I highly recommend trying it. In terms of security and transaction information, it's far ahead of many competitors. It even shows whether the app you're using has been verified by popular platforms or not. It has multi approval revoking feature. You can select 50 approvals, sign once, and it revokes all 50. However, it charges the gas fee for all 50 in that single transaction.
