Is there a crypto wallet that lets me do this: 1. 'Address Book' 2. 'Add' 3. Select 'Chain' (eth, base, etc.) 4. Input address Then: 5. Select a token and send to address book entry 6. Wallet proposes the cheapest routes including bridging 7. If I've never sent anything to this address entry before, asks me if I want to do a test transaction

One of the best features of Rabby is that if the wallet address you are sending to is new, or even if the contract you are using is new, it will notify you. It even gives alarms for suspicious cases so you can investigate further.

Yeah other wallets do that (although there seems to be a bug in @rainbow where it keeps saying I'm doing a first-time send to one of my addresses, which is stressful) :D I'm talking about the full path of bridging/swaps being automated and therefore reducing the risk of human error
