One of the complaints that I hear A LOT is “The OG casters just ignore anyone who’s not in their circle. This leads to resentment for some people. 

But I wanted to share a different perspective. You don’t need to get a response. Instead, focus on finding friends that you can grow together with.

In short, don’t worry about the current OGs. Make your own!

New feed algorithm adjustment idea: boost casters who reply more 

Because it sucks writing out a thoughtful reply only to be completely ignored, and this is definitely a thing I've noticed with some people.

And yes, creating smart algos is basically R&D! (Most platforms are not even trying. The only «criteria» is traffic and users (fake or not, and no regards as to what is real and useful, constructive or entertaining content)

So any idea that could make it better, should be «explored» or at least taken into consideration. 👊 @jacek
