Found the problem - the materialized view has only partially updated

It looks like the discrepancies being seen on Dune vs. frames etc. is due to a materialized view not updating timeously - presumably this will self correct

hi i just checked dune and it seems tips made on 13th june are missing, due to missing data in the allowance dataset, will this be also fixed?
