Ok so here's my latest plan to procrastinate: I will switch back to Windows as host OS, then run either Hyper-V or VMWare hypervisors. Linux VMs for personal stuff, another for nightjob stuff (coz you guys are always trying to hack me), a hot wallet VM and a cold wallet VM. Windows host for the GUI performance 🖖

There are too many wallet thieves these days 😂 When using many VMs, there is a risk that virtual operating system files could get corrupted. Is there a way to back them up separately? I also use VMs and back up the originals once a week, but this method seems very inefficient. 😅

I work in such a way that everything lives in a git repository, except secrets. So long as you back all of that up, doesn't matter if you have to rebuild a VM

Oh, that's a good idea. In that case, I can set up a VM with an environment where I can run git, keep it as the original, and just make multiple copies to pull from git.
