Neynar dune data is missing `display_name` and `avatar_url` for certain users. This user said they supplied avatar url when they created their account which is at least four days old.

This is preventing these users from getting degen allocations.

Don't think it's a hub issue since neynar reflects the data properly in the API

Seeing an issue where some usernames aren't showing up correctlyu in Hubs.
