The banner for a channel can be dynamically generated. Someone should build a dynamic NFT contract where you can pay to put some image on it.

Advertising + a lot of meme value

This is coming up a lot everywhere e.g. ad spots in pinned frames

Putting them in banners is probably even better... I would build this if I knew how to find advertising users? Or should I just build it and they will come to me?
