It would be nice if this could be done in a more decentralized way. As it is I guess you need warpcast and their APIs to get this info :(

Like @wake.eth says, it'll be a weighting in itself... e.g. /wake members get double the reputation vs wake.eth follows. Not sure how easy it would be to automate this - how would you identify which channels are non-pay-for-access? So maybe it'd just be a hardcoded list of channels, in the same way that there is a hardcoded list of OG accounts in the @openrank engagement strategy.
