🤣 I don't use it on Android, but how many ppl in 2024 would think about removing animated pfps instead of repairing the damn thing... 😅

It would be nice if there were more clarity, but one reasonable interpretation of what @v meant when he said there's "no easy fix" is that they needed to immediately disable animated PFP feature to improve stability, and they'll work on a longer-term solution to reintroduce it safely.
