I'm going to go for 4 weeks and then have caffeine again if I want to. Logic: 4 weeks feels like a decent break from caffeine. I set out on this journey to pause from coffee, not caffeine and I think I've gotten out of it what I needed. My Whoop tells me I have 4% better recovery with caffeine than without, but then again, it is probably biased by the "addiction"

I did this for a while (incl. whoop data), no noticeable difference if caffeine intake is reasonable and not late in the day
