no i dont use it on any platform 

that said, fb has data to show that it does increase user engagement

there's a toggle to turn it off so there's no reason it should increase anxiety 

parent cast already says "assume opt in"

Yeah but also user anxiety. You could ask yourself the question, does it actually benefit the user or the company?

It can also create anxiety. "why has this person not responded yet!?!"
