Why haven't you added video to Warpcast? - Smells like stated vs. revealed preference - A lot of work to get right. Classic 95% straightforward to add and then the last 5% is another 90% work + ongoing maintenance. - We use Imgur for image hosting today, which offloads major compliance burden to an at-scale company.

embedding inline video player (not native upload) won't increase qDAU but likely will increase time spent in app, in case that is something y'all are focused on
