If someone clicks a frame and it redirects you to an external website, is there a way for the external website to know the user's FID without having to sign in with Warpcast?

when someone taps a frame button it also posts a signed message that you can validate to get info about the user 

@rish and neynar has an api that lets get this data  easily or you could homebrew it
