how stable are /neynar webhooks? will they have a 100% hit rate, or should i implement some kind of fallback? cc @rish @kevinoconnell @dylsteck.eth

not 100% in my experience, sometimes they miss a cast (or it gets lost who knows where). plus they don't tell you if the cast has been deleted (not sure if you need it) @downshift.eth may be your friend https://warpcast.com/downshift.eth/0x393f97ec

You want webhook filters for cast deletes?

not necessarily a filter. an event that tells me a particular cast has been deleted. fwiw, i don't need it at the moment, but had the need in the past.
