to the point in the thread about consistently engaging. i think that's just how social works ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ u get more response where u are more present. this is one of the big friction points keeping ppl from fully coming over to a new network

i think i have the opposite numbers as u bc i stopped hanging around twitter very much. so whenever i make a random tweet now it gets less engagement than it used to when i was a regular there and less than i get here (⌒_⌒;)

i think it's better to limit social intake during election times so i'm trying to be more intentional about it to protect my brain for the next few months (⌒_⌒;) i find it less distressing rn to show up here everyday than over there
