i'm afraid to look at pinterest these days. i used to use it a lot years ago but i just expect it to be full of slop now (╥_╥) everything is racing to the bottom as slop swarms everything and no platforms bother to keep it in check. in fact they just give u the tools to proliferate it more

i think we're witnessing the end game of what happens when "growth-at-all-costs" meets the practical finite limits of the real world. i'm not so optimistic about what comes after

we're already at the point where once useful tools have lost their usefulness and everything is just an illusion of "useful." like look at this screenshot. who does this even serve? certainly not humans

I was at an ai agent event yesterday and asked about a positive vision for humans online - and well I'm depressed now (they had none lol) 

What kinda world do these people want to live in for the sake of shareholder value maximization. It's like we maxxed out growth, now let's just fake it.
