It's not physically impossible. Max TVL of DEPE is 2.054B $DEGEN, which is about 5% of the max supply of DEGEN. I see there is already AMM based dex project is coming out on the L3 chain. If so, people will create manual LP on the AMM DEX. In that case, there will be arbitrage trading between the two pools of DEPE.

I think you might have been mistaken. It's $13B $DEGEN coins and not $USD

Still with the current price it makes it $700M which is quite difficult to reach especially when or if the price of $DEGEN keeps going up.
