Reaching the final step of the bonding curve is nearly impossible. At the last step, MC hits $13B, ranking it at 13th in market cap. Does failing to reach the final step mean no listings on DEXs or CEXs?

I think you might have been mistaken. It's $13B $DEGEN coins and not $USD Still with the current price it makes it $700M which is quite difficult to reach especially when or if the price of $DEGEN keeps going up.
