Reaching the final step of the bonding curve is nearly impossible. At the last step, MC hits $13B, ranking it at 13th in market cap. Does failing to reach the final step mean no listings on DEXs or CEXs?

It's not physically impossible. Max TVL of DEPE is 2.054B $DEGEN, which is about 5% of the max supply of DEGEN. I see there is already AMM based dex project is coming out on the L3 chain. If so, people will create manual LP on the AMM DEX. In that case, there will be arbitrage trading between the two pools of DEPE.
