it's one thing to create a twitter demo of an ai agent/product it's a whole other thing to make a production app that can serve thousands of customers at once and be consistently accurate/high quality.

ha yep totally agree with this post. i don't need my personal communications summarized. newsletters and notifications on the other hand... love the idea of these micro workflows for common actions in email, like creating cal invites, writing intros, etc.
